We are looking for HubSpot Consultant that is a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and business-oriented professional who is in charge of designing, managing, executing, and iterating our client's ecosystem in order to support the growth and return targets of the organisation.

Our client currently leverages the HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs to manage a diverse and interconnected set of the customer journey, workflow, and marketing automation strategies. While they have set up a robust set of strategies, they now want to take the next step and want to test and iterate, while keeping all activities in sync.

As more than one separate and parallel strategy or process may impact an entity, property, or attribute in several ways, they need a HubSpot Consultant to embrace the role of keeping each and all customer journeys consistent within themselves, while weighing the overall impact of each journey on the same customer, attribute, opportunity, business or business partner.

As they are active in both the B2B and the B2C space, they offer a great opportunity for a seasoned HubSpot Consultant who is willing to put his/her vast experience to work as an innovative player in the digital automotive sales space and directly impact our growth story.

You will work with stakeholders in Dealer Sales, Dealer Success, Consumer Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to make things happen. The goal is to delight customers and use automation to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line. This challenge combines strategic and technical skills to build a powerful and meaningful workflow for all B2B and B2C customers.

What your responsibilities include:

- Envision how executing a specific strategy or implementing a new workflow will drive growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue by optimising lead generation in the classifieds business and growing sales in the eCommerce business from cradle to grave, including cash collection.
- Improve customer journeys, develop campaigns, and build and manage databases. These strategies must be innovative enough to set your company apart from everyone else in the market and go beyond the expected.
- Be in charge and own the complete HubSpot ecosystem, including internal and external management of stakeholders and strategic and technical leadership of all implementations.
- Execute configurations, workflows, and campaigns.
- Be involved in integration projects and work closely with developers. Help provide reporting and insights for the business teams to ensure integrated reporting across tech solutions.
- Keep up to date on new functionality, features, products, and possibilities of HubSpot and its integrations.

What you bring to the role:

- At least 3 years of previous implementation experience. Experience in the eCommerce and/or automotive sector desired.
- Demonstrable HubSpot certification.
- Data architecture, technical profile in integrations and programming languages HubL, HTML, php... (especially HubL).
- Ability to integrate modules and landings with HubSpot.
- API developer.
- Accustomed to working with OKRs and agile methodologies.
- Fluent Spanish and English are a must. Other languages will be valued.
- An understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour.

- Savvy technologists, but also organised enough to not need technology to move projects forward.
- Flexibility to adapt to fickle consumer behaviour.
