**#Responsibilities**
- Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposes.
- Lead capital raise processes and M&A deals
- Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions
- Represent the company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials
- Coordinate, prepare and review the annual, quarterly, and monthly reports (board meetings presentations, investors monthly reporting, consolidated audit, monthly internal reports)
- Oversee the team of accounting operations, including: payables, receivables, payroll, and tax team.
- Be responsible for oversight, and management of the organization’s business plan
- Manage insurance coverage for the organization, including compliance
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agencies
- Optimize tax and legal global structure
- Managing cash flow
- Select and engage consultants, auditors and other providers

**#Must haves
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a CFO/VP Finance/Head of Finance
- You have 10+ years total accounting or finance experience
- You have experience in building processes and managing teams over 5 people
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- You have a Masters Degree, MBA or CFA
- Ideally you have a background in Big 4
- Experience in M&A or investment banking will be a plus
- You count with outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP and IFRS reporting.
- You have experience coordinating with I.T. staff to manage, implement and/or upgrade the accounting system. Systems implementation experience is strongly preferred.
- “Hands On” ERP Systems Experience
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and ability to manage pressure
