VP Finance, Iberia - Commercial Department: 90-398 - Commercial Finance Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Are you an experienced finance leader ready to shape the future of sports streaming in Spain and Portugal? At DAZN we’ve already changed the way fans experience sport. We bring live and on-demand access to the world’s best competitions, from La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Premier League, Serie A and NFL, top top-tier boxing, basketball and motorsport. We’re now looking for a VP Finance, Iberia - Commercial to lead our Iberian finance team, partnering closely with senior management and key external stakeholders including sports leagues, media distributors and commercial partners. Based in Madrid, you will be a central figure in driving financial performance and supporting DAZN’s continued growth across the Iberian region. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks Be a key business partner to the Iberia management team, translating financial insights into commercial action across subscription, advertising, betting, marketing and content areas. Lead financial planning , including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and cashflow management, ensuring alignment with Group targets. Drive commercial trading performance – partnering with marketing, product and content teams to optimise subscriber acquisition, retention, ARPU and offer mix. Act as Finance lead on major commercial contracts, distribution partnerships and rights agreements. Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to Iberia and Group stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing local finance team focused on insight, impact and collaboration. Partner with Group Finance to drive process excellence and continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and analytics. 10+ years’ senior finance experience , ideally within a high-growth, consumer or subscription-based business. ~ Proved track record partnering with senior executives to influence key strategic and commercial decisions , for example influencing major partner deal negotiations or pricing recommendations. ~ Experience in commercial trading displaying commercial acumen and comfortable managing and interpreting KPIs such as acquisition, churn, ARPU and promotional ROI . ~ Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills; Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus). ~ Benefits include access to DAZN, medical insurance fully funded by the company provided by Cigna (including access to a medical chart, premium hospitals and a reimbursement policy), Cobee flexible compensation policy: 180€ every month to be used on a range of social benefits, refer a friend scheme, learning and development resources, opportunity for hybrid working, and access to our internal speaker series and events. #
