Our client is a leading service provider in the field of digital advertising, that puts the publisher first.

**¿Qué harás?**:

- As a Head of Operations you will be primarly responsible for:
- Manage the operations team on a the day to day basis
- Assist the team in efficient problem solving
- Quarterly and monthly strategic planing
- Improve the teams workflows and tools
- Close communication with business deveolpment team, among others
- New hire management

**¿A quién buscamos?**:

- You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- At least 8 years overall work experience
- At least 3 years of exprience leading a sizeble team
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills required
- Strong understanding of code and website structure
- Srong communication skills
- Passion for people and dealing with them
- Good knowledge and understandind of digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPI's and technologies susch as header biddind (SSP's, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB)
- Hands on experience working with publishers in a programmatic setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- High level of English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in the office
- Commercial mindset, passion for your product and company and can-do mentality
- Strong attention to detail - accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to handle tactical details with detailed execution
