We are seeking a dynamic **Content Marketing Strategist** with a strong background in **B2B content marketing**, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to leverage **AI tools to scale content production**. **The Role**: **Working Hours**: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time As a **B2B Content Marketing Strategist/ AI Expert** at Growmodo, your mission is to lead our content initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, lead magnets, and website content, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and position Growmodo as a thought leader. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you may also represent our brand on podcasts and other media. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Content Strategy and Development**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Growmodo’s business objectives. - Identify key themes and topics relevant to our B2B audience, particularly in the design, development, and marketing space. - ** Thought Leadership Content**: - Create high-impact content that positions Growmodo as an industry leader, including articles, case studies, and opinion pieces. - Develop content that resonates with marketing managers, agency owners, and startup founders. - ** Copywriting and Content Creation**: - Produce engaging and strategic copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, lead magnets, website pages, and blog articles. - Adapt content to fit platform-specific needs while maintaining brand voice consistency. - ** Content Scaling with AI**: - Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content output, streamline content creation, and maintain quality. - Develop efficient workflows to repurpose long-form content into micro-content for social media and other channels. - ** Podcasts and Media Engagement**: - Represent Growmodo on podcasts and other media outlets, sharing insights and thought leadership content. - Content Calendar Management: - Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. - ** Performance Analysis**: - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - ** Collaboration**: - Work closely with design and development teams to create cohesive and visually appealing content. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader campaigns. **Must-Haves**: - Proven experience in B2B content marketing with a focus on thought leadership. - Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, and lead magnets. - Demonstrated ability to scale content production using AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted writing, content automation). - Experience creating and promoting content that engages marketing professionals. - Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking on podcasts and engaging with industry audiences. - Familiarity with content performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment. **Nice-to-Haves**: - Familiarity with design and development processes is a plus. **Why You'll Love Working Here**: - ** Learning and Growth Opportunities**: You’ll have the chance to participate in mentorship programs, cross-functional training, and leadership development, ensuring you’re always advancing in your skill set and career path. - ** Fully Remote Work**: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
