MISSION
To correct operation of TIC infrastructures, providing the necessary technical support in order to ensure that this is carried out on time and in form according to the conditions agreed upon with the end user.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Participate in evaluating projects as requested by end users.
Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documents related to technical processes and current-layout infrastructures documentation, necessary for system management, operation, and administration.
Calculate and update the allocated service KPIs (performance, cost, quality, etc.).
Implement specific action plans to correct KPIs below the target agreed upon with the end user.
Research new technology available on the market, validate its applicability, and adjust it to the standards established for all of Ficosa, and propose purchasing it if applicable.
Participate in the definition and implementation of the contingency plan and all the other criteria included in the corporate security master plan in order to ensure continuous operation of information systems.
Provide the required technical support, analyzing and giving priority to the incidents received, in order to resolve them as soon as possible.
Preventive maintenance of the Information System infrastructures in a proactive and effective fashion.
Follow-up purchase orders released on the IT materials, from their reception to their installation.
Carry out necessary installation and periodical maintenance operations to guarantee proper infrastructure compliance.
Participate in the definition, development, implementation and maintenance of TIC infrastructures in all functions.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Academic background**:
Professional training in computing, network, system, etc
**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)
**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar position or 2 years as a micro computing technician

Bachelor’s degree, mainly in computing
