Un profesional para planificar, dirigir y supervisar las actividades del Área de Customer Service de acuerdo a las directrices establecidas por dirección con la finalidad de garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y lograr la satisfacción del cliente a través de la entrega efectiva de producto y su consiguiente facturación.
- Revisión de procesos actuales y propuestas de mejora
- Supervisión y organización del equipo a su cargo
- Control de cargas de trabajo
- Coordinación ausencias de los miembros del equipo
- Soporte en procesos e incidencias
- Coordinación con el resto de supervisores/coordinadores
- Asegurar el cumplimiento SOX
- Revisión y acciones correctivas KPI
- Auditorias
- Detectar necesidades formativas del equipo a su cargo.

Tu experiência:

- Inglés nível intermedio-alto
- Informática/requisitos técnicos: Office, SAP
- Experiência: 3-4 años en un puesto similar
- Otros: conocimiento de del producto y del sector hospitalario
- Tolerancia al estrés
- Análisis y solucion de problemas
- Organización y priorización
- Comunicación oral y escrita
- Liderazgo y dirección de personas
- Proactividad
- Visión analítica

Salario: 30.000,00€-40.000,00€ al año
