At **NETENDERS** we are looking for a new **Traffic Manager for the Dutch and Dach Markets** We want someone who is used to interact in different cultural places, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment. We are a pioneer & fast-growing international company that is the worldwide marketplace leader in Wholesale Blank Apparel.

**Your Role**

You will be in charge of controlling and increasing your e-commerce traffic, as well as maximizing its conversion to income. You will be directly reporting and presenting any digital strategies to the company’s management board on a daily basis.

**Responsabilities**
- Areas_
- SEM: Control of payment channels (optimization of current ones and opening of new ones).
- SEO: Set of actions aimed at improving web positioning. As well as the optimization of the structure and metadata of the web.
- CRO: Maximize the conversion of the web.
- WEB ANALYTICS: Google Analytics tracking of the evolution of traffic per channel.
- TRAFFIC REVENUE: Include revenue platforms that allow you to monetize traffic.
- MARKETPLACE: Lead the growth and optimization plan.
- Functions_
- Define, manage and optimize the SEO / SEM strategy of the B2B and B2C, leading both teams.
- Designing traffic-centered strategies; you will be a central role and a referent on this field
- Monitoring of e-commerce traffic to define and optimize the campaigns that generate the most conversion, improving ROI.
- Detect trends to develop content that attracts quality organic traffic to the web.
- Definition, analysis and development of reports that allow visualizing and analyzing targets, consumer behavior and commercial efficiency, as well as the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns in the digital channel.
- Control of sales, budget and deviations made through digital channels.
- Understand the strengths and opportunities of the business, as well as the weaknesses and threats.
- Management of a small team of about seven people at least

**Requirements**:

- +5 years of proven experience working as Traffic Manager working on a fashion/apparel website
- Training in a master's degree in digital marketing and / or e-commerce.
- High knowledge of Google analytics, Google adwords, Google merchant and other platforms (semrush,..)
- Experience in management and optimization of social Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding in social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Dutch, German and English mandatory
- Analytical capacity and business vision

- Problem resolution and detail orientation
- Motivation to evolve professionally and become the person in charge of the company's e-commerce over time
- Ability to manage the SEM and SEO team, training them in those skills that require improvement
