We are currently looking for a permanent postion of **Controlling Business Partner Spain & Portugal **for our location **in La Roca del Vallès**.

**Your Missions**
- Contribute to budget and forecast processes, analyze variances, co-build and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans.
- Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of the operational performance.
- Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
- Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance.
- Provide the necessary financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening them on financial impacts and implications & providing them with relevant information.

**Your Profile**
- Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent English & Spanish. Italian or Portuguese would be a plus.
- Excel, SAP, and BI tools.
- You have solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance. You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling.
- Your rigor, analytical skills, and change management abilities will be indispensable. Your customer orientation, ability to work cross-functionally, and appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our group.
