**What we expect**:
Reporting to the Head of NI Operations, this position will be in charge of managing the needs of the area of operations in handling all on-site work requests. Registering all the data according to the on-site work of our field technicians and the warranty management of our clients, offering the client the best service.

Essential job Functions:

- Product testing with engineering
- Identification of components and analysis of corrective solutions
- Analysis and control of claim costs
- Communication with end customer
- Technicians travel management
- Calculation of working hours and allowances/expenses
- Accounting allocation of costs

**Who we are looking for**:
Education and Experience:
Intermediate or higher university degree. Engineering / Business Administration / Vocational training or experienced equivalent.

Previous experience: experience in a similar position in an international company is a plus.

A good level of spoken and written English is required. Likewise, the management of computer tools such as SAP will be valued.
