Operations Controller. Development Area

As a member of Development Operations Team, the Development Coordinator works within a Team responsible for executing different transversal tasks, managing highly sensitive data, serving as lead for defined projects and providing operational support to the Major and Principal Giving teams. Responsibilities of the Development Operations Team include the management of donor agreements, the stewardship of corporate and individual donors - both at the national and international level - the creation of annual giving campaigns, the development of documentation aimed to support IESE fundraising and the coordination of events, amongst other duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
***Main responsible for data integrity related to donor giving, including gift entry into the school’s systems, updating Salesforce, extracting reports, and presenting data to multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns.
- Implementing and following Stockcrowd campaigns.
- Management of donor agreements in collaboration with IESE´s Legal and Foundation areas.
- Tracking and ensuring the payment of donor commitments, claiming of invoices, and issuing the necessary certificates.
- Creating and/or updating relevant Salesforce dashboards.
- Monthly budget control of the Department´s operations.
**Education and experience**
- University degree in business administration, accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and relevant legislation requirements
- Experience with international companies.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent English is a must.
- Proficiency of Excel.
- Knowhow of Salesforce environment desired.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired.
