**What are we looking for?** We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join in our headquarters office based in Barcelona. Your main goal will be supporting compliance, security and general IT risks to ensure that IT supports the business objectives of the business unit. Your day to day will be the following: - Working across Zurich’s Information Security organisation to successfully deliver security related projects. - Delivering information security training and awareness across Zurich, in close collaboration with Group’s Security Education & Awareness. - Performing security operations while partnering with local stakeholders such as IT & Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Office Management, Legal, etc. - Ensuring Zurich remains compliant with our Group Security and Data Privacy policies and standards, and related external laws and regulations (i.e. European GDPR, Spanish Personal Data Protection Law). - Developing, producing and enhancing Security reporting (scorecards) to help ensure key stakeholders understand the security posture of the company. - Managing technical conversations about cyber security, vulnerability, risks management. - Being the ‘go to’ person for the mitigation and resolution of security weaknesses. **What do we need?** - At least 5 years’ experience working in an IT environment. - At least 1-2 years security experience. - Professional Security Qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC,CISSP, ISO27001. - Be trustworthy and have a high moral compass and integrity levels. - Excellent communication ability, with exceptional challenging and questioning skills. - Ability to work independently and autonomously in a global organization. - Good technical understanding of IT systems, networks and infrastructure. - Understanding of Information Security governance, risk and compliance methodologies, control framework and processes.
