We are currently looking for a **European Projects Manager JR** for our Headquarters located in **Castellbisbal (Barcelona).**

**Your mission will be managing EU funded projects and support grant hunting activities from the whole CELSA Group as part of the Corporate Innovation team in accordance with the rules set by the corresponding EU institution and the guidelines from the Corporate Innovation Manager, in order to contribute to a successful progress and closure of CELSA Groups’ innovation projects.**

**Your tasks will be**:
**Project management**:

- To collect and deliver in time the necessary data and report to the corresponding funding agencies.
- To monitor compliance with the public agency rules.
- To provide technical support and guidance to the project managers when needed.

**Grant hunting**:

- To support EU grant hunting. Support in communication of funding opportunities and identification of project ideas across CELSA Group.
- To coordinate CELSA Groups’ participation in EU funding proposals.

**Positioning**
- To extend CELSA Groups’ network of potential partners.

**Periodic or occasional tasks**:

- To keep fluent communication with the technical project managers
- To collect timesheets and invoices from different CELSA’s employees participating in the project
- To inform the Financial Department on the project (and cashing) process
- To monitor a good progress of the grant and consortium agreements definition and signing procedures
- To prepare communication material necessary to spread news within the company about new funding opportunities
- To keep fluent communication with the innovation managers and other project sponsors in the Group to identify new project ideas.
- To look for and organize meetings with potential partners
- To attend working group sessions from the European Association we are part of (eg. ESTEP and A.SPIRE)

**What are we asking for**:

- **Interest in digital transformation**:

- Education: MSc Engineering or MSc in other technical matters.
- Experience: Not required
- Administrative and financial management of EU funded projects
- EU funding proposal writing
- Technical knowledge in one or more of the three areas: energy (especially Hydrogen), material recycling, industrial digitalization.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of the EU innovation ecosystem
- Driving license to access to the offices
- It will be a one year contract and then there's the possibility of permanent contract
