**Job Description Summary**: As part of the Project Management team a Project Management Intern is responsible for screening, planning, scheduling and execution of the small projects and customer requests to ensure the timely delivery and increased customer satisfaction.

Project Management Intern assists in the management of multiple projects and customer requests while providing project management advice to the organization. They coordinate projects and customer requests, schedule, track the progress and report their results.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Processing of the small projects and customer requests
- Collaborating with various teams and hold meetings in order to develop implementation plans and identifying risks.
- Escalating constraints and risks to the appropriate parties of the organization, when required.
- Closely monitoring the progress, deadlines and plans of the small projects and customer requests.
- Support analysis of the processes used by the Project Management team to drive the continuous improvement of the wider team.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant
- Organizational skills to work in a structured, independent and reliable way while quickly learning
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills of the English language; Other European languages are also highly desirable
