**Job description**:
We are looking for a committed and dedicated Sustainability Officer to join our team at Mantu. This role, based in Madrid, presents an exciting opportunity to manage various projects related to Mantu's sustainability goals.

**Your responsibilities**:
Decarbonization Initiatives:

- Manage the Decarbonization program, focusing on green business travel, Green IT, and Green Events.
- Conduct a yearly review and validation of decarbonization projects, ensuring they align with sustainability goals.

ISO Standards Compliance:

- Manage projects related to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, including internal audits.
- Update and maintain the system monthly, tracking goals, internal controls, projects, and policies.

Convention of Enterprises for Climate (CEC):

- Oversee project management and the deployment of initiatives part of our CEC roadmap.

European Union Taxonomy Compliance:

- Monitor Amaris' eligibility and ensure alignment with the EU Taxonomy, potentially developing a plan for improvement where necessary.

People Engagement:

- Support and possibly lead the organization and animation of events related to sustainability, ensuring that these events run smoothly and achieve their engagement goals.

**About You**
- You are currently pursuing a master degree from a business school.
- Previous experience in sustainability and project management
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English is a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
