The CCO will be responsible for driving all revenue‑generating activities across wholesale, retail, franchise / partnerships, and omnichannel commerce. This is a senior leadership role with the mandate to design the commercial strategy, build scalable structures, and lead high‑performing teams that can deliver growth across geographies and channels. The CCO will bring both analytical discipline and entrepreneurial energy, ensuring that ALOHAS continues to scale profitably while staying true to its brand values.Your ChallengeCommercial LeadershipDefine and implement the global commercial strategy across all channels.Own the commercial P&L, balancing growth with profitability and brand positioning.Lead, mentor, and scale a strong commercial organization covering wholesale, retail, and partnerships.Wholesale & B2BSet the global wholesale growth strategy, with focus on scaling premium multi‑brand and department store presence.Develop frameworks for agents, distributors, and showroom partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand and financial objectives.Ensure key
