About the team you are joining
Reporting to the Senior Manager Product Development & Planning you will be responsible for supporting the Business Delivery to the different customers and users of products and services within the Payment Facilitation Solutions Portfolio, which includes IATA Financial Gateway (IFG), iiNET and TASF. You will be responsible for the support of the delivery lifecycle, covering the contract execution and billing processes. You will be also involved in the execution of the Portfolio Strategy and Customer Retention.
What your day would be like
Organize and perform business delivery activities for the assigned products, supporting the contracting processes with customers, vendors, internal IATA teams and the product portfolio team;
Ensure the timely progress and quality of billing process, collection and reconciliation to meet revenue, margin and KPI targets;
Guarantee efficient business delivery of a better customer care support and customer satisfaction;
Ensure the assigned processes and user documentations are in place;
Provide in-depth business support and analysis on the monthly financial performance, forecast and budget of products of the portfolio;
Maintain relationships and engagement with the customers in coordination with the product engagement team and account managers;
Support the Senior Manager Business Delivery to implement the strategy for the business development of the product portfolio.
We would love to hear from you if you have
A University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
3+ years of experience in Business Delivery;
Strong experience in billing and reconciliation processes;
Solid PC skills, proficient in MS Office, XML and data management;
Understanding of IATA Financial product offering, while a knowledge of settlement and payment processes for the travel industry is a plus;
Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with travel suppliers, technical delivery teams and customers in an international, multicultural environment.
Travel Required: 10%
