We are looking for a dynamic Tech Project Manager with a solid technical foundation and leadership skills to join our product development team. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly bridge technical expertise with the ability to manage people, expectations, and deliverables. As a key player, you will ensure the successful execution of projects by collaborating with in-house and outsourced teams while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Planning & Execution:

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and project documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the tech team and company stakeholders and clients.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all project contributors are aligned and informed.
- Translate technical concepts into actionable plans and deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

- Monitor project progress and regularly generate project status reports, including milestones, risks, and key metrics, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Implement release reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and goals.
- Effectively manage expectations to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

- Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows through automation and technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, frameworks, and tools, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technology advancements.
- Actively contribute to the development of best practices and processes within the project management team.

**Requirements**:
**Key Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a technology related field.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on technology-related projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects involving automation, digital frameworks, and software implementations.

Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of product development processes, including software development lifecycles and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating technical terminology, including programming languages, APIs, and system integrations, with the ability to assess and communicate their impact on project deliverables.
- Proficiency with modern tools supporting agile product development and project management (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, Github) and familiarity with tools for presenting insights, such as Thoughtspot / Snowflake.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional ability to manage stakeholder expectations, maintaining alignment and clarity even under delivery pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying viable options and addressing challenges proactively.
- Collaborative approach to working with the tech team to develop and propose effective, practical solutions.
