We're looking for a highly skilled and experiencedTechnical Project Managerto join our team in Barcelona, focusing on coordinating the efforts and ensuring timely delivery from ourInstrument ModelingandMask Designsquads.ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Project Manager, you'll be key to ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of critical projects within our Instrument Modelling and Mask Design teams. You'll be responsible for organizing the teams' work, meticulously tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless communication with our hardware teams. Your focus will be on driving project execution to meet the company's main milestones, ensuring our groundbreaking technology progresses efficiently.Concretely, we expect you to:Organize the workflowsfor both the Instrument Modelling and Mask Design squadsDevelop and track project timelines while keeping an agile mindset , ensuring all phases are aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives and main milestones.Implement and refine project management best practiceswithin a fast-paced R&D environment.Orchestrate and streamline communication channelsbetween the Instrument Modelling and Mask Design teams and our hardware teams, ensuring all technical requirements and interdependencies are clearly understood and addressed.Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocksor delays, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.Ensure projects are completed on time and successfully feed into the main milestonesof Lace Lithography, contributing directly to the advancement of our core technology.Facilitate technical discussions and decision-makingbetween the squads and hardware teams to resolve challenges and ensure integrated solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentationof project plans, progress, technical specifications, and key decisions.Report regularly on project statusto stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, and achievements. Work closely with the CTO of the company in matters of prioritization and strategy.Qualifications / ExperienceRequired:Bachelor's or Master's degreein Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
