Right now, we are looking for a
**Payroll Semi Senior Analyst EMEA** to join our team
- You will get the chance to:_
- Be responsible for the entire payroll process of different countries within the EMEA region.
- Analyze accuracy of bonus and vacation provisions, employee advances, bank clearing, etc.
- Analyze and support inquiries from internal teams: Payroll Accounting, Planning, Tax, Legal & Accounting.
- Prepare reports and analysis of results of the payroll process.
- Participate in global initiatives to automate as much as possible the payroll process.
- Anticipate material variations by company resulting from monthly payroll entries before month end closing.
- Follow up payroll issues with SAP consultants until resolution.
- Be part of a team that is growing fast within the region.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Advanced English Skills (B2 or higher)
- Experience in similar positions
- Being eager to learn payroll procedures and legislations for other countries
- Excellent communications skills
- Being flexible & goal oriented
- Enjoy analyzing and solving problems
- Advanced knowledge expertise in Spain payroll (mandatory)
- What extras would help you to be even better positioned (not mandatory):_
- Having experience in using SAP (Payroll / Accounting modules)
- Experience in other EMEA payrolls: Italy, Denmark, Portugal, France, Poland or Germany
- Any extra language knowledge of Italian or German.
