We're looking for a customer-obsessed Payroll Analyst who'll go beyond just processing numbers to create exceptional experiences. Join us to lead end-to-end payroll operations where your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees across multiple countries. Key job responsibilities Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for Germany Execute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net) Complete standard accounting reconciliations Resolve payroll queries Support vendor relationships and performance management Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams Suggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology Support payroll components of strategic initiatives Deliver on payroll part of country expansion projects Contribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps etc.) Raise blockers and issues senior analysts and managers Basic Qualifications 1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll/HR) Fluency in German plus good English language skills Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) Strong analytical and statistical capabilities Experience with root cause analysis Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Excellent customer service orientation Preferred Qualifications Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations) Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
