So are we. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Develop and drive the B2C digital marketing strategy across 11 markets in Europe and LATAM that will cover all the areas of B2C**:Brand & product marketing campaigns, Social Media, agency service to clients (GMS), Community Forums, PR, Partnerships, Events and Campaigns**. - This role is accountable for developing the process, strategy and driving executional excellence across our channel marketing teams focused on maximizing consumer usage of our marketplace vendor's product and new eCommerce Paper products. - This position is a key function to enable greater visibility, talent mentorship improving our marketing expertise and training and will be focused on leveraging strong data insights to inform decision making as they partner across the organization. - This leader will develop a consumer attribution approach to campaigns and channels to build the foundation of ROAS based attribution against channel initiatives. - Lead the digital channel teams including the social media platforms, internal site display inventory and community discussion forums. - Manage and coordinate highly diverse teams of our 11 markets, ensuring visibility to the performance and growth at an individual market level. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer processes and trends in order to recommend and take opportunities. - The success of this position will be determined by hitting consumer reach, top of funnel traffic, and brand search demand goals. Their goals will be to: - Grow our brand awareness and brand identification set in every market through all our resources and tools. - Convert our brands into "love brands" for our customers, by increasing engagement with our brand and owned channels. - Define the strategy and coordinate our brands social media presence, brand marketing campaigns, Community priorities and any B2C activities. - Drive regular measurement and reporting of our OKRs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. - Managing the B2C marketing budget to optimize the best results for our goals. **SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**: - Track record of personally crafting and perfecting marketing strategies to deliver growth. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns across our channels to WOW our audience through creative visual and written campaigns for marketing purposes - Hungry for success and data driven. - Highly productive with strong research and analytical skills. - Good management, team player, resourceful, independent and possess strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Communications or Digital Marketing preferred - 5+ years in brand strategy or digital marketing experience - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and markets - Expert communicator able to tailor message to a range of audiences - Well versed in Brand strategy, Social Media and PR. - Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics and reporting tools are a must - Experience in an ad agency is a plus - Proven experience in strategic marketing at both the enterprise/brand and product portfolio level - Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail - Relevant experience managing teams and with a people-oriented view - Willingness to work flexible hours to meet team output expectations - Strong presence with ability to interact and partner with Senior leadership - Outstanding written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong time management and organization skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects **WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU**: - You Dream Big.
