**About the position**

As Senior Brand Manager you are part of the Marketing team including a junior brand manager and an intern reporting to Head of Marketing Iberia + France. You'll join a very close and collaborative team that shares the portfolio and activity plans. You will also work closely with the Sales and Trade team.

You will be driving brand performance using data-driven approach: monitoring brand performance vs KPIs together with return on investment of advertising and promotions and using these insights to make recommendations, anticipating threats/opportunities. You will be leveraging insights from market research, category and brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, etc. to drive continuous improvement.

Your main objectives for this role will be:

- Strategic and operational management of brand & product portfolio for Spain
- Work continuously on plans & activations that drive penetration for key brands
- Conception, coordination and execution of marketing activities (incl. campaigns, activation concepts) in accordance with Brand guidelines
- Works with internal and external agencies, internal stakeholders for the delivery of key initiatives on a timely manner with excellence
- Lead the locally relevant product launch process of all innovations and renovation from planning to execution including all trade marketing materials
- Build on local market understanding to generate insights and foresights as input for the definition, implementation and steering of local growth plans
- Responsibility for the independent analysis of the performance drivers including the derivation of recommendations for action
- Full A&P responsibility
- Provide input to agree on local strategic pricing and pricing guidelines
- Work in close collaboration with sales team & European stakeholders to raise the bar for better and impact of marketing in Spain using data-driven marketing and excellent consumer insights to be locally relevant, culturally resonant, and faster than competition in everything we do.

With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related field and a minimum 6 years of marketing experience with proven track record in the FMCG industry, you are now with a deep passion for building brands and you have a holistic marketing skill set with strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results_. _

A performance mindset is needed and shows not only in personality but also strong commercial and financial acumen together with excellent analytical skills
