**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a Digital & Social Campaign Manager to join our N26 Team in Madrid. In this role you will own the digital & social media strategy of N26 in Spain, driving the local strategy to strengthen the positioning, awareness, engagement & reputation of the company in the market.
In this role, you will be part of the incredible marketing team ;) having the opportunity to build and scale this area. You'll combine your entrepreneurial and cutting edge ideas within the digital and social media management space to create an innovative community management practice that is critical to our business growth and brand positioning.

**In this role, you will**:
- Plan and execute the digital & social media strategy for Spain, creating and managing content campaigns, product launches, etc.
- Bring new and fresh ideas to be implemented in social media channels and 360 campaigns (dOOH, influencers, events, OOH)
- Create the posting calendar in line with the market's OKR and the social media strategy
- Project managing campaigns either through Social Media & Influencer agencies (in order to work with financial experts and professional profiles) or through internal teams
- Be involved in 360 campaigns, feeding in the concept ideas with your expertise along with the Spanish marketing team.
- Manage Social Media accounts for N26 in Spain (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Youtube). Deep knowledge of other social media platforms such as Tik Tok or Twitch is a plus ;)
- Manage organic and paid social media campaigns
- Engage with communities in original and creative ways, being updated on the latest trends and find key market opportunities to fit in
- Have a clear understanding and overview of the competitors landscape in social media
- Ensure the content (written, pictures, links, etc.) is delivered on time to feed our social media accounts
- Work cross-functionally with all local and global marketing teams, PR, creative studio, customer service, partnerships, senior leadership and local market stakeholders to reinforce and maximise our local social media channels and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and that potential issues are escalated in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and working closely with the SEO and PR team is necessary in order to align and maximise the impact of all campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative and content agencies to ideate, create and execute engaging social content, initiatives and campaigns keeping in line with the social media strategy.
- Establish and share best practice and growth strategies across platforms and countries across multiple platforms.
- Oversee all community management (drafting FAQs & briefing care team) and consumer engagement (reactive trends & reporting) across all local N26 social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other global channels LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Create reports & analyse data from campaigns to gather learnings and insights
**What you need to be successful**:
- You have a creative mindset, curiosity. Think strategically and creatively on how best to utilise our social media channels and those of our brand partners.
- You are always aware of the latest trends on social media, competitors and key brands' marketing campaigns
- You have excellent organisational & time management skills. Attention to details is required.
- You are familiar with Social Media Tools (Khoros, Pixlee,)
- You are interested in data and you have strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (native) and English
**Skills**:
- At least +5 years of experience as a Digital & Social Campaign manager for a consumer or lifestyle brand, banking, fintech or technology startup, or other related industry (either in-house or in agency). Having experience working in an advertising agency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership while still being a team player who is always ready to help others. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in project management who can rally the troops and deliver.
- Always eager to take on new challenges, work in multiple projects at once and bring creativity to the team, while adopting a solution-oriented work attitude.
- Experienced in developing the analytics framework, establishing KPIs, reports and identifying key insights.
- Proven experience in growing and managing an online community and building a community of brand advocates.
- You know how to handle platforms natively or through management tools (such as Khoros).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including understanding of tone of voice
