**Descripció de l’oferta**:
Es busca una persona amb per realitzar les següents tasques dintre de la Unitat d’Assaigs Clínics:
- Responsable de l’equip de coordinadors assignat
- Assignar estudis i revisar carregues de treball de l’equip
- Formar a coordinadors de nova incorporació
- Garantir la correcta preparació d’auditories i Inspeccions
- Garantir la correcta posada en marxa de nous estudis
- Col-laborar en les tasques d’start-up de nous estudis
- Col-laborar en la implementació de nous circuits
- Coordinar alguns assajos clínics: Coordinació de procediments i proves a realitzar per al pacient en assaig, organització de les visites amb el promotor (inici, monitorització i tancament), manteniment de l’arxiu de l’investigador, comunicació i seguiment d’aconteixements adversos seriosos, supervisió de la gestió de les mostres d’assaig clínic.
- Reunions periòdiques amb els diferents equips implicats en els assajos que coordina, amb el seu equip de coordinadors i l’equip de lead study coordinators.

Valorem formació i experiència prèvia en gestió d’equips, coneixement de la legislació dels assajos clínics.

La ciència traslacional i la investigació clínica, per tant, estan estretament connectades, el que promou una excel-lent interacció i treball en equip que, al seu torn, accelera el cicle de coneixement “bench-bedside-bed”. Aquest entorn privilegiat permet l’accés directe de VHIO als pacients, així com tot l’espectre de professionals d’oncologia que els atenen, i una apreciació insuperable de com la ciència del càncer pot traduir-se en tractaments més potents i específics i una millor practica per la cura dels pacients.
El model i els programes pioners de VHIO, juntament amb la seva creença en combinar fortaleses a través de col-laboracions transfrontereres, continuen impulsant els avenços per revertir la resistència al càncer, aturar la disseminació metastàtica i tractar de manera més efectiva fins i tot els tipus de tumors intocables.
