**Marketing and Communications Manager (Partnerships)**:
Are you a creative storyteller with experience of delivering multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns? Samaritans is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their Business Development team and deliver high value fundraising marketing plans for key funders, strategic corporate partners and commercial products.
You’ll provide specialist marketing and communications advice, support and expertise to the team, supporting both B2B marketing campaigns and impact marketing, demonstrating the power of our partnerships.

- £43,000-£46,000 per annum
- Full time (35 hours) or Part time (minimum 28 hours) considered
- Within core business hours (we are flexible on work pattern across the week)
- Permanent role
- Hybrid - Linked to our Surrey or London Bridge office with home and office working (approximately 2 days a month in the office)
- We are passionate about flexible working, talk to us about your preferences
- Travel - a willingness and flexibility to travel to meet external partners (across the UK)

This role is unique as very few charities have a dedicated Partnerships Marketing function that sits within their Income team. You’ll be the creative lead, utilising our partner’s budgets, internal teams and creative agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns that deliver upon Samaritans’ mission. You’ll also have autonomy and exposure to the full marketing mix.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong B2B marketing and communications experience and/ or fundraising marketing communications experience
- Proven track record of developing and delivering multi-channel and integrated fundraising marketing and communications campaigns and projects
- Experience of creative writing and good impactful storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised and able to work autonomously
