Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations-related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools. We are looking for an Operations M&A Integration Manager who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done

Operations at Fever drives change by striving for operational excellence across teams, aligning business needs with technological solutions, managing tools and processes, and leading both company-wide and improvement projects. In this central role based in Madrid, you'll coordinate and lead a team to meet deadlines, establish KPIs, and interact with various departments, providing a comprehensive view of the company's dynamics while leading projects from day one.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle.

**What you will do**:
**Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities**:

- Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess potential deal synergies and financial viability
- Evaluate potential risks associated with target companies and transactions
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and other deal documentation

**Support Deal Execution**:

- Assist in due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
- Develop and present compelling investment theses to internal stakeholders
- Support the negotiation of transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financing
- Manage deal processes and timelines, ensuring smooth execution

**Post-Merger Integration**:

- Develop and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger value creation
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies after the closing

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (prior M&A experience strongly preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, deal teams, and external advisors
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- A passion for the M&A field and a strong desire to learn and grow
