We are currently looking for a CASHIER in our Mediterranean Flagship in Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona.

As a Cashier at Louis Vuitton, you play a key role in the in-store customer experience. You are responsible for processing sales transactions while ensuring a smooth shopping experience, all while adhering to Louis Vuitton’s standards and processes.

Missions
- Sales transactions: Process transactions accurately and quickly using the cash register tools.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring to meet customer needs and addressing any product or purchasing inquiries.
- Cash management: Oversee payments, cash reconciliation, and bank deposits according to the store's internal procedures.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Compliance with procedures: Strictly follow security policies and compliance guidelines.
- Administrative follow-up: Verify receipts, returns, and exchanges, and update relevant information in the system.

Profil

Experience: A first experience as a cashier, preferably in a luxury or retail environment, is highly appreciated.

- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving store needs.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with store teams and the Supply Chain.
- Strong financial transaction management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, impeccable presentation, discretion, and autonomy.
- Languages: English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Availability: Flexible working hours (including weekends and holidays).
