**Growth Analyst (Marketing Automation)**

We are looking for a **Growth Analyst** to join our Growth & Marketplace Platform domain, which focuses on driving revenue growth by improving our user funnels and experiences while keeping marketing efficiency at the core. You will be joining the Marketing Automation team, a cross-functional team that is currently building a Machine Learning platform that perfectly balances campaigns to use marketing spending more efficiently.
- Location: You can join us either in one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona or 100% remotely in one of the 11 countries where we have a legal entity**_

**Your responsibilities**:

- Drive marketing optimization through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Create and implement KPIs/frameworks to optimize marketing efforts
- Building segmentation and providing insights regarding users' behaviour across different marketing channels
- Enable your team with access to data by providing dashboards and analysis
- Dive deep into data and provide patterns and insights that are actionable
- Conduct ad-hoc and diagnostic analyses to answer specific business questions
- Drive improvements in campaign performance in collaboration with campaign managers
- Design and run experiments to understand marketing campaigns better
- Collaborate with your stakeholders on the usage of data and help them to become more data fluent

**Your profile**:

- 2+ years of analytical experience, ideally in Marketing Analytics
- Good understanding of what makes a marketing campaign successful
- Good knowledge of different marketing channels, performance measurement, and business reporting
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience in Python including packages such as Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, etc
- A confident communicator who can present data to multiple stakeholders and build relationships outside of their immediate team

**What Gives You An Edge**:

- Good knowledge of Frequentist and Bayesian A/B testing approaches
- Experience in building ETLs in Airflow
- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability distributions, and likelihood estimations for optimization
