BME Growth and BME Scaleup are BME's junior markets. Aimed at high-growth SMEs, they have experienced great development in recent years and today bring together more than 150 companies with an aggregate value of €19 billion. BME Scaleup is a recently launched market, specialised in smaller companies, classified as "scale ups". Your will be based in Barcelona. Who will you work with? A young and enthusiastic team of people with diverse profiles and experience. Analytical, but also commercial, very focused on serving our clients and specialized in stock markets for small companies. **What You Will Do** - Management of files for admission of companies to the market and subsequent financial operations. Preparation of supporting reports and statistics - Monitoring of information provided by companies (periodic financial information, relevant information, news, etc.) - Identification and monitoring of potential investors. - Organization of business meetings: Medcap Forum, Latibex Forum... **What You Bring** - Graduate with a Master's degree (or equivalent) - Extensive knowledge in the following areas: - Accounting analysis, financial information, sources of financing, etc - Financial analysis and business valuation techniques - Corporate and stock market law - At least 3 years' experience. We will highly value your experience in Venture Capital and startup financing and/or in the areas of auditing, Corporate Finance or financial or stock market analysis teams - High level of English (C1, Advance or equivalent) - Good ability to interact with third parties, communication skills, public presentations, etc. Ability to work in a team.
