1.Legal

The job description of an HR legal advisory typically includes the following responsabilities:

- Provide legal advice to colleagues and company clients.
- Draft and review legal documents such as employee or supplier contracts.
- Assist and oversee dispute resolutions and other legal issues/conflicts.
- Serve as focal point for human resources matters having legal implications.
- Provide support in discrete legal issues by advising the organization, drafting undertakings and structuring remedies for the relevant issues.
- Analyze and collect evidence and schedule staff hearings.

2. Prevención Riesgos Laborales
- Coordinate prevention risk agenda and activities.

3. Nóminas.
