- The Senior P&O BP role is an exciting opportunity for any experienced P&O professional, who wants to actively support and influence a major transformation in one of the biggest local commercial organizations. This role is aimed to hand in hand support business leaders and their teams in achieving business growth and agility and develop a consistent talent agenda and develop leadership skills.**This is a minimum 6 months temporary position that will be covering a maternity leave.**-
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Contribute to the development of a country/regional P&O agenda and aligned with the global P&O strategy. Implement and adapt regional P&O plan in country organization.
- Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services.
- Manage the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement).
- Manage the development of personnel plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.
- Manage personnel cost planning, monitoring periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Contribute to talent development of indirect reports.
- Manage various P&O Projects.

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- At least 5 years of previous experience working as a P&O Business Partner (HR) or related positions in the pharmaceutical industry (or other regulated industries).
- Experience in the areas of Talent Management and Change Management.
- Successful record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient written and spoken English and Spanish.
