**What your responsibilities will be**
- Design highly available, fault tolerant and automated network security solutions (Firewall, proxy, WAF)
- Define processes, procedures, and guidelines for driving the evolution of security networks to be automated, orchestrated and software based.
- Proactively identify weak areas and inefficiencies across security policies and infrastructure.
- Analyze for root cause analysis of problems which includes for enhancements.
- Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and statement of work documents
- Consult, Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams and provide SME support for major incidents as needed

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT in a large enterprise environment, with 2 years’ hands on experience in troubleshooting and configuring security devices
- High knowledge of networks (Cisco Certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding in Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Netskope and F5 technologies. Official certification in these technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high quality support to meet customers' needs is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams
- English: fluent
