**Responsibilities**
- Manage employee access through Okta, Microsoft or other SSO identity provider
- Manage our other major SaaS vendors: Google, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, GitHub, Teams among others
- Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors on and off various systems
- Work with People and Finance departments to better integrate our various onboarding systems
- Manage and provide access to all IT tools and systems in accordance to our compliance requirements
- Document IT policies and procedures, filling in any gaps
- Respond to incoming IT help tickets
- Keep track of software licenses and follow procurement procedures
**Skills**
- Enjoy learning about new technologies and how they fit within a corporate environment
- Patient and willing to help your colleagues
- Familiar with how systems work together, and how to make them more efficient and secure
- Great at documenting procedures, seeing the inherent value in writing out processes
**Experience**
- BS/BA degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with MacOS, Windows, Linux (optional) and mobile operating systems
- Basic understanding of how infrastructure for cloud service providers work (AWS, GCP, Azure)
