**About The Role**:

** Key Responsabilities**:

As an intern in our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate on various tasks, including:

- **Project Management Support**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Servicenow/Jira implementation projects.
- **Requirements Analysis**: Collaborate in gathering and analyzing client needs to ensure a successful implementation.
- **Configuration and Customization**: Help in configuring and customizing Servicenow/Jira according to the specific project requirements.
- **Testing and Validation**: Participate in conducting tests to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides.
- **User Support**: Provide support to end-users during and after the implementation, resolving any questions and issues that may arise.
-** Qualifications**:

- Final year student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
- Basic knowledge of service management platforms.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate level of English.
