Job Description - HR Generalist Chinese Speaking

**Position**: Human Resources Generalist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Manage HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management cycles, learning and development initiatives, and HR projects.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with labor laws and internal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant HR experience (generalist background preferred).
- **Native-level proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) and fluent English and Spanish**:

- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
