**PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.**

**Our Operations team is looking for a DATA ENTRY (Tech support area). Our first objective the data loading of contracts and addendas is exclusively taken by non-technical profiles.**

Responsabilities:
**Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**:

- Processing of data from agreements/addendums into our system
- Check the entries for correctness and completeness.
- Take responsibility for all duties relating to compliance procedures, especially data security.

**Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and documents.**

**Skills**:

- Good organisational/time management skills
- Analytical with a good attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Understand the importance of protecting customers personal data and the implications for a business if this is not done well
- Able to prioritize and organize tasks well to ensure completion to deadlines whilst still achieving the required quality standards

**Knowledge/Abilities**:
**Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail**
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows (10/11) and MS Office.
- Knowledge and experience with Jira or any other ticketing system.
- Middle level of English language required (other language skills are beneficial).
- Able to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business.
