**Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Content Marketing Executive will be**:
- Lead the planning, production, publication, and reporting processes
- Focusing on driving buy-in from the different European regions and individual countries
- Demonstrating the added value of our content programs
- Driving overall traffic to our Advice content
- Page views, users
- SEO optimized content: capture market share from search (increase % new users from search)
- Promoting content through our people
- Optimize the business value of content
- Measured by KPI for each phase in customer journeys
- Inclusion in CRM/digital life cycles
- Drive conversion
- Maximize repurposing of content
- Aligning content planning with local needs (common denominator across markets for max impact)
- Represent Europe in the global content community to ensure optimum repurposing of content both into and out of the region
- Maximizing efficiency of the program through effective tracking and measurement (both content generate in the region and secured from other regions)
**Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role**:
- You have a fluent level of English
- You have at least 3/4 years of experience in marketing content
- You are able to work under deadlines and pressure
- You have a creative mindset
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
