**Southern Europe Commercial Coordinator (12 months FTC)**

**Role, missions & responsibilities**

You will be a key member of our daily Spanish and LATAM operations, leading success from a back office perspective to special projects associated with scaling a hyper growth business.

You will be responsible for:

- Travel and event organization
- Expense management
- Invoicing tracking and support with coordinating sales people to gain subscription dates
- Supporting on Sales coordination and Sales Administration support with Salesforce topics, Letter of Intent and contracts.
- Supporting on specific projects for VP Southern Europe & Latam and wider team and Marketing activities
- Office management
- Formatting, data entry, reports, presentations
- Taking/tracking actions
- Adhoc projects
- Miscellaneous admin

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
- Prior experience in supporting teams across Southern Europe/LATAM is a plus.
- **Language Skills**:

- **Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian** (both written and spoken) is required.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
