Project Controller

Local Unit & Position Description:

- DNV GL ‘s Green Power Monitor & Solutions unit is HQed in Barcelona and offers products and services in the renewable energies sector, with a specific focus in the photovoltaic and wind energy space with more than 10 years’ experience. Green Power Monitor & Solutions has consolidated its position as one of the leading internet-based monitoring and energy management solutions for PV and wind energy installations._
- With a total portfolio of +30GW PV plants and 10GW of wind parks, GreenPowerMonitor offers a market-leading integrated solution set for the management and maintenance of renewable energy installations. The business unit currently consists of approx. 160 employees across more than 12 locations and an overall business volume of almost 30 MEUR. _

Position Qualifications:
**Primary tasks of this role***:

- _ High proficiency in working with relevant systems (Oracle, BI, Outlook, Excel) performing project revenue control, transaction error monitoring, WIP control, owner of revenue for projects portofolio._
- _ Creating channel of communication with different stakeholder (mainly project managers)_
- _ Ability to prioritize and deliver timely extra support requests (invoicing, credit notes, guarantee emission)_
- _ Working capital activities, contact client/project manager to deliver payment_
- _ Collaborates and communicates regularly with the Project admin and head of project controller/admin on related items._
- _ Owner of side development projects to improve finance global process_
- _ Support to project admin for guarantee control and emission_
- _ Inventory follow up and update_
- _ System related activities for assigned projects:_
- _ Revenue increase/decrease based on project KPIs_
- _ WIP control and action to reduce it_
- _ Closing project following guidelines_
- _ Transaction errors monitoring_
- _ AR control and actively support claiming process to client_
- _ Support to project admin with invoicing and project set up_
- _ Transaction Control adjustments in Expenditure Inquiry (Time Transfers, Splits, Holds, Billable Flags, etc.)_s_

**Position Qualifications**:

- _Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent (preferred)_
- _ 2-3 years of relevant work experience_
- _ Experience in Oracle or similar sw will be appreciated_
