As a working student in the IT Global Healthcare Organization, you will primarily work alongside the IT business partner and business architecture team to support the various digital initiatives of the organization, including:
**Project lead for smaller use cases and projects**:

- Assist with scoping of demands and business case preparation
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and helping to translate those needs into requirements and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, tracking and reporting of project progress against key milestones and deliverables

**Business architecture support for Global Healthcare Operations organization**:

- Collaborate with IT business partners and business stakeholders for the business capability and digital plant maturity assessment updates
- Assist in and document project-driven architecture assessments
- Work with enterprise architecture repository team on documenting capabilities and report definition

To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate strong interest and base knowledge in IT & digitalization, as well as business architecture. In addition, you need to be enrolled in a relevant academic program Master's degree, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, and have the capacity to organizing the relevant activities for successful outcome.
