B2b Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales manager with a good contact network in the animal feed and livestock industries for the European market.
Your job will be to define the marketing and sales strategy of the company in collaboration with the CEO. You will approach mid-market companies and large enterprises within the animal feed and livestock industries to initiate pilot projects to test and validate our tech solution. You will identify the key stakeholders in each company to understand their needs and provide compelling arguments of our solution benefits. You will organise a customer success team with the mission to accelerate adoption and create great customer experiences. As a result of your team work, customers will transition from pilot projects to mid and large volume contracts. You will keep the relationship with the customers to ensure they get out the most of our technology keeping churn rate at minimum. You will also kept an eye on our competitors tracking their moves and initiatives to define in collaboration of the CEO the strategic plans to keep INSYLO at the forefront of the market.

**Requirements**:
- Be highly motivated to introduce our disruptive innovation in the market and set INSYLO as the market leader.
- Have excellent communication skills and wide experience working with big accounts.
- Exhibit a high level of autonomy and self-initiative.
- Put customer experience first to build long-term, fruitful relationships and a great brand reputation.
- Bring a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish languages.
- Higher level education.
- Be familiar with information technology projects and their implementation processes.
- Experience in the animal feed and livestock industries with a good contact network
- Have your residence or intend to establish it near the workplace in Girona.
This will be a plus:
- Knowledge and experience in the field of IoT and Agritech.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
