**Position**:
**Mission**

Within the framework of the deployment and management of new tools and the machine park, he/she will be the referent of the master data, and promoter of the innovation process.

**Main Responsabilities**

Structure the internal maintenance service, promoting preventive operations to improve support and add value to the internal production area.

Define and maintain a technical structure aligned with legal safety standards (RD1215, ergonomic hazards, layout disposures).

Define and ensure technical strategies that will allow the launch of new models in the internal production area.

Support the production teams during the validation and ramp-up of new products by ensuring the technical feasibility throughout all processes.

Keep abreast of all technological evolutions (products, processes, and equipment, and be responsible for the equipment budget and other fixed assets.

Capex monitorization and optimization. New investments proposals.

Introduce new technologies to improve processes, results and create business value.

Deploy quality control data actions and execute action plans in conjunction with the different departments involved.

Creation of dashboards and MRP and so on systems to align with operational needs.

Manage data quality in the operational information systems and ensure it is updated regularly.

Within a fast growing organisation, may be required to work on the Manufacturing 4.0 Project.

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- Manufacturing/industrial professional with an engineering bachelor’s degree, bachelor’s degree in other relevant area of study, and or relevant career experience.
- Senior manager with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant manufacturing/industrial experience.
- Proven project management experience with a high-growth organization.
- Leader with the ability to empower teams to navigate in a changing environment and lead change management at all levels.
- Industrial Health & Safety
- Access / Excel / Power BI / Power Automate / Power Query / SQL / JDE / SEGA.
- English and/or French.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and databases.
