Si te gusta trabajar en un entorno internacional, de trabajo en equipo y de rápidos cambios, únete al equipo de Truck Assistance International En el departamento de asistencia internacional a camiones (TAI) nos centramos en proporcionar asistencia en carretera a los vehículos de gran tonelaje a nível internacional.
**¿En qué consiste el puesto?**
- Conocer en detalle los diferentes tipos de pólizas de seguro de nuestros clientes y aplicar las condiciones correspondientes en cada caso.
- Asesorar y orientar a los clientes hacia una solución adecuada.
- Coordinar todos los pasos necesarios de la asistencia: Atender las llamadas telefónicas y los correos electrónicos internacionales, registrar los casos y documentar las acciones en nuestro sistema informático, organizar la asistencia adecuada y asegurar el cierre de cada expediente.
- Proporcionar una respuesta de atención al cliente rápida y adaptada, de acuerdo con las coberturas garantizadas en la póliza de seguro del cliente.
- Asignación de los profesionales necesarios para el traslado del vehículo y para el traslado de los ocupantes.
- Tareas administrativas (envío de faxes, correos electrónicos, uso de plantillas para gestionar el alquiler de vehículos, hoteles, taxis, reservas de billetes).
- Trabajar en un entorno de equipo para garantizar la correcta gestión de los casos. Seguir siempre los procedimientos y protocolos internos establecidos.
- Reuniones periódicas con su jefe de línea, así como con sus homólogos, apoyándose en ellos para la resolución de expedientes.
- Gestión de las facturas y reclamaciones relacionadas con cada caso.

**Your Profile**
- Nível alto de inglés y español además de francés, portugués, alemán o italiano escrito y hablado.
- Orientación al cliente interno/externo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Habilidades interpersonales.
- Adaptabilidad / Capacidad de organización.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y hablada.
- Excelentes habilidades de atención telefónica al cliente.
- Habilidades de PC (Word, Excel, Internet), incluyendo fuertes habilidades de mecanografía.
- Licenciatura / FPII - Experiência demostrada en atención telefónica o funciones de cara al cliente.
