**What you will do**:
- Prepare the monthly wages and salaries of the riders, pickers, and the rest of the team in Spain and Portugal. We need to ensure they're paid right every time.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to design tools, processes and procedures to improve payroll accuracy and automate things wherever we can.
- In partnership with an external payroll provider, also work with a range of internal teams to get our payroll into world class shape.
- Answer payroll questions and queries from riders with speed and clarity.
- Represent the People Team, and all the values of Getir, in everything you do.
**Requirements**:
**What you need**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Good knowledge of (wage) tax, social security, and labor law in Spain, Portugal would be a bonus
- Be comfortable working in an agile, fast changing environments
- **Native Spanish mandatory a**nd fluent English or Portuguese would be a bonus.
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and ERP systems
- Detail orientation and accuracy
- High degree of independence and personal responsibility
- High level of self-organization and assertiveness
