**Job Purpose**

Act as the Operations and PMO focal point of Vueling's cross-cutting projects for long-term capacity planning, identification of cost reduction opportunities, digitization of data-driven decision tools, and monitoring of KPIs to optimize operations for achieve a more efficient operation according to the objectives of VY.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Manage projects of implementations of Vueling transformation mid/long term initiatives with direct impact in operations (e.g. Organise the NEW Brand Livery implementation, be a Maestro at MakeitBetter, etc)
- Ensure the availability of operational resources.
- Ensure fleet transformation is implemented.
- Ensure VY reach the Operational targets or warn of deviations.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Be the Operational focal point for any Vueling transversal project inside and outside Operations always representing the consolidated requirements up to Director level.
- Control the availability of operational resources and in charge of providing ACMI IN & OUT solutions company-wide in case of not enough aircraft to operate both in the long term and short term.
- PMO Fleet Transformation across Operations (Boeing), tracking the progress over the actions and deadlines and adherence to operational targets.
- Control the process of the Operations Plan, monitor KPIs and provide analysis.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.

**Education**

Aeronautical Engineer

**Experience**

1-2 years worth of previous direct experience at airline Planning related Jobs ideally Operations or Network

**Competencies**

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of building financial business models

**Languages**

English C1
Spanish C1

**Location**
