Plan and coordinate short-term, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks for Vueling's fleet within the operational maintenance framework, adhering to aviation regulations and guidelines, in collaboration with the Operational Control Centre (OCC), to ensure all aircraft are airworthy, resources are optimally allocated, and maintenance tasks are timely executed, thereby preventing operational disruptions.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Is responsible of preparing work packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works in AMOS
- Ensure that Vueling fleet is airworthy without any expired tasks
- Is responsible of A/C routing for maintenance in all network in coordination with OCC (Operations Control Center).
- Coordinate with the maintenance provider for the work acceptance
- Organizing special skills, facilities and tooling.
- Is responsible of tasks deassignment and re-planning
- Assist MOC engineers and Fleet Support Engineers to ensure provide the necessary work package for unscheduled event.

**Education**

Aeronautical Engineering Degree or EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency)
certification for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, or EASA PART-66 CAT-B1 or CAT-B2.

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in aviation maintenance planning or a related field. This
experience helps in understanding the complexities of aircraft maintenance and
operational requirements.
- Aviation Maintenance Regulations: An in-depth understanding of the regulations
governing aircraft maintenance to ensure compliance and airworthiness.
- Aircraft Systems and Operations: Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance
procedures, and the operational environment of airlines.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Familiarity with planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to optimize aircraft availability and minimize downtime.

- Superior organizational skills and the ability to follow through
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Timetable flexibility and availability
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, write & fluently speak both the Spanish & English languages
- Advanced knowledge of Office
- Knowledge of AMOS and AIMS is desirable
- Clean criminal records
- Driver’s license
- Willing to work on shifts

**Languages**

A minimum of B2 level is expected, with C1 being desirable to ensure effective
communication across different bases and with external maintenance providers.
