**Job Purpose**

The fleet planning analysts are responsible to build, follow up, maintain an improve both fleet plans and fleet economics based on the company needs. This can have a short-term look based on the current year results or either in a longer term view.

The fleet planning analysts are key persons to support correct decisions in fleet department that could impact both the economics and the fleet size of the company.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Building, updating, and keeping records of the fleet plan in its different versions (monthly fleet chart, fleet plan of financial processes, fleet plan scenarios, long term fleet plan ) in line with the short term and the long term plans of the company.
- Keep control of the fleet KPIs such as fleet age, fleet flexibility, average by aircraft type, by engine type, by financing type
- Manage and keep control of the fleet economics through monthly closing processes, and report fleet cost to Finance Dpt in the different financing processes (FP, RF, BP). The fleet costs that are calculated in Fleet Planning are:

- Fleet Rents, Rou, Interest, Fleet Debt, Extra rents.
- Fleet CAPEX (PDPs, aircraft prices, ).
- Follow up of Redelivery and EOL cost.
- Build any fleet plan and fleet economic scenario that is required by the company (long term scenarios, fleet transformation, IAG Opcos requests.).
- Do business cases to support correct decisions in fleet such as extensions or redeliveries, deliveries from market vs extensions, etc.
- Work on recurrent administration and finance reports.
- Support Tableau improvements - data uploading process, data preparation, creation of new dashboards.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Fleet CAPEX. Calculate, follow up and explain deviations (if applicable) of Fleet CAPEX, that includes projections and closure of aircraft prices, pre-delivery payments in both payments and projections of scenarios, etc. Fleet CAPEX is reported to Finance Dpt in every financial process (FPs, RFs, BPs ).
- Work on recurrent administration tasks (including invoices responses, request of invoices, looking for specific requests.) and finance reports.
- Support Tableau improvements - data uploading process, data preparation, creation of new dashboards.

The main relationships of fleet planning analysts are: fleet commercial, administration, finance, SPM, and Operations.

- Engineer
- Financier

**Experience**
- Minimum of 1 year.

- Good level of Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau is desired
