We are looking for high-energy, driven people that are passionate about helping sales teams succeed. Salesforce’s Sales Programs team is focused on enabling AEs on how to successfully and efficiently create quality pipe gen. Every sale play/program we implement has a measurable dollar impact. This role combines the creative process of crafting prescriptive programs and strategies, with the “business end” of operationalizing these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.

You will work directly with a sales team and group of sales leaders to understand their pipe generation needs, collaborate with a diverse group from Salesforce to develop and execute a sales program to meet those needs, and then track the dollar results and adapt the sales programs as necessary based upon lessons learned.

- Understand a salesperson’s mentality and what they need in a program to be an effective seller
- Structured project manager
- Understand all aspects of a sales play / program
- Creative approach to crafting compelling and engaging sales programs
- Leverage reports and data to gain qualitative insights into a business challenge
- Able to lead multiple, challenging partners
- Effective networker that builds relationships across an organization
- Strong communicator, able to quickly think on your feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders
- Able to look at your previous work, objectively evaluate it, learn from it, and adapt and improve
- Diligent and encouraging teammate
- Believe in open candid conversations, and are willing to share your opinions in a considered manner, even when the content is challenging

**Minimum Requirements**
- Work experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, Learning Design, Sales Strategy or Sales Operations preferred
- Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders
