​The Green Recruitment Company está en búsqueda de un Senior Financing Manager para una importante IPP participada por un fondo de inversiónComo Senior Financing Manager, serás el referente técnico en operaciones de financiación, estructuración de deuda y gestión del portfolio financiero.Trabajarás directamente con la CFO y participarás en procesos clave de M&A y expansión internacional.ResponsabilidadesLiderar la estructuración de deuda senior y junior.Desarrollar modelos financieros y estructuras adaptadas al mercado.Coordinar con bancos, fondos y asesores legales.Gestionar el portfolio de deuda en múltiples SPVs.Supervisar covenants, riesgos y reporting financiero.Apoyar en procesos de M&A y adquisiciones en Italia.Requerimientos:+10 años de experiencia en financiación estructurada en el sector renovable.Experiencia en energías renovables (muy valorada).Conocimiento de operaciones internacionales (Iberia e Italia deseable).Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados.
